Women’s Mentoring Ministry Hosts Dessert Gathering May 16

Women of Second-Ponce de Leon, do you want to grow in your faith? What if you had a guide to help you grow and walk alongside you? Second-Ponce de Leon is launching a new women’s mentoring ministry called Heart to Heart. Its purpose is to provide spiritual friendship for those who desire to be intentional about their spiritual growth. Mentoring pairs will meet on a monthly basis and plan their time together around the expressed needs of both the mentor and the mentee. Some may talk informally, others study Scripture or a Christian book. By purposely placing God at the center of their time together, both the mentor and mentee grow from the experience. Preschool Moms Fellowship | MomSense: A Common-Sense Guide to Confident Mothering

Preschool Moms Fellowship. Mothers of preschoolers are invited to gather for the final spring meeting of Preschool Moms Fellowship on Friday, May 11, from 9:15–10:30 a.m. in the Family Life Center Fireside Room. They will discuss the book MomSense: A Common- Sense Guide to Confident Mothering by Jean Blackmer (available for $10). Childcare is available by reservation. Baptist Women (WMU)

The first Tuesday of each month at 11 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall, with a break during the summer.

The Second-Ponce de Leon Baptist Women (WMU) invites all women of the church to take part in this year’s schedule. Baptist Women’s main purpose is to pray for missionaries and hear missionary speakers each month.
