‘Read the Bible for Life’ Study Begins | March 5

This new 9-week Bible study will meet on Monday evenings, beginning March 5, from 6:30–8:30 p.m. Read the Bible for Life equips individuals to better understand the Bible by introducing readers to its history, genres, interpretation and proper application. This biblical understanding helps transform lives through reading and studying God’s Word in its various literary forms, including stories, poetry, proverbs and parables. Cost: $25 for materials. You're invited to join in the next Second Saturday Missions & Ministry Day on Saturday, March 10, when we will help Edgewood Church get their building spruced up for ministry from 9 a.m.–noon. Imagine Yourself Debt Free | Financial Peace University Starts March 14

A 13-week session of Financial Peace University (FPU) will start on Wednesday, March 14, at 6 p.m. FPU is a video curriculum – taught by financial expert Dave Ramsey – that incorporates small-group discussions to encourage fiscal accountability and discipleship. Senior Adults to Visit Tellus Science Museum | March 22

The Tellus Science Museum features the Weinman Mineral Gallery, a fossil gallery and a science in motion section. The bus will depart from Second-Ponce at 9 a.m. and will return by 3 p.m. Cost: $20 per person. Registration deadline: Sunday, March 18.
