Topic: Mind Matters: Lunch and Learn on Brain Health | Guest speaker Bethany Baker from Senior Provisions will share how to maintain brain health as we age.
Meal: Salad bar aimed at brain health with toppings like walnuts, blueberries, spinach, mandarin oranges and garbanzo beans, with grilled chicken, bran muffin, and dark chocolate mousse with raspberries for dessert.
